Lapsang Souchong

You can feel the age of the world,
drinking a pot of Lapsang souchong on an early summer day.

The rain hangs heavy in the air,
calling forth the scent of the earth.

Cars have not yet started their roll and rumble.

The soft call of the mourning dove,
can be heard amongst the drops of rain,
and there is a clamor of metal from birds at the feeder.

All made the more sweet with the first sip of tea.

Summers on the Porch

God made beer & whiskey,
coffee & tea.

Something for you
and something for me.

To be had with friends,
in a garden so green.

We simply couldn't live without our
beer & whiskey,
coffee & tea.

In the Cradle of the Green Mountains

You have never experienced a summer so green,

as one spent in the cradle of the Green Mountains.

Fresh pine air and a welcome cooling breeze greets you,

even on the hottest of summer days.

This time of year, there are events nearly every weekend,

bringing community together before the short but beautiful fall,

turns to winter;

and everyone gets snowed in.
